Building Pathways to International Higher Education

Oxford Green Education develops international education centres that combine recognised academic programmes, high-quality teaching and a supportive student experience.

Our first planned centre, London Green Study Centre in Balchik, Bulgaria, will offer students an international pathway to higher education within a distinctive residential learning environment.

About Oxford Green Education

Welcome to Oxford Green Education

Oxford Green Education Ltd is an international education company established to develop and operate centres offering high-quality academic pathways and university preparation programmes.

Our approach combines internationally recognised curricula with carefully designed learning environments, strong academic support and opportunities for personal development.

We aim to create centres that provide students with the knowledge, confidence and preparation to progress towards undergraduate education in the UK and internationally.

London Green Study Centre, our first planned centre in Balchik, Bulgaria, represents the beginning of this vision.

Our Mission

Expanding Access to International Education

Our mission is to make high-quality international education more accessible by developing study centres that combine academic excellence, personalised support and an engaging student experience.

We believe that preparation for university should extend beyond the classroom. Students benefit from an environment that encourages independence, intellectual curiosity, cultural understanding and personal growth.

Oxford Green Education seeks to create welcoming international learning communities where students can prepare for the next stage of their education and develop the skills needed for success.

Our Academic Approach

Recognised Academic Pathways

Oxford Green Education's initial academic development is centred on the University of London International Foundation Programme (IFP).

Oxford Green Education has signed a Letter of Intent with the University of London concerning the proposed delivery of the IFP, with London Green Study Centre in Balchik intended as the first delivery location.

The IFP is designed to develop students' academic knowledge, analytical abilities and preparation for undergraduate study. It offers opportunities for progression to a range of university programmes, subject to the admissions requirements of individual institutions.

Our proposed delivery model combines structured academic teaching with English-language development, individual guidance and a supportive residential environment.

Formal teaching-centre recognition and programme delivery arrangements remain subject to the relevant University of London approvals and requirements.

A distinctive setting for international learning

Situated in the coastal town of Balchik on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, London Green Study Centre is being developed as an international residential education centre for students preparing for university.

The proposed flagship programme is a nine-month residential academic experience combining the University of London International Foundation Programme with accommodation, meals, academic support, sport and a structured programme of student activities.

The centre is designed to provide an environment in which students can focus on their studies, build confidence, develop independence and prepare for the transition to university life.

Balchik offers an attractive setting for an international student community, with the potential to combine a high-quality residential experience with a competitive overall cost of study.

Future development

Over time, Oxford Green Education intends to explore complementary academic programmes, additional subject pathways and further levels of study. Expansion will be guided by student demand, academic requirements and appropriate approvals.
